Mark S. Dove is a non-equity partner who graduated from Central Connecticut State University and then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut.  Mark was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003 and U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  He handles complex civil litigation with a focus on defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect actions.  He also has a background in general civil litigation, products and premises liability, medical malpractice, and elder abuse.  Mark has represented clients in trial in Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Alameda counties, as well as hundreds of settlement conferences and mediations and has consistently achieved favorable results on their behalf.  Mark is a retired U.S. Marine and has experience with matters relating to SCRA and USERRA.
