Nicholas Fortino is an associate whose practice focuses on the defense of insurance companies and their insured individuals and businesses in a wide array of general liability matters.  Nicholas also has broad general civil litigation experience including toxic tort, construction accidents, catastrophic injury, product and premises liability, elder abuse, and commercial litigation.  Nicholas was admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in 2012 after obtaining his Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Chapman Law Review.
